Abstract
To promote automation and intelligent level of train dispatching in emergency, the improved CBR method based on Vague Set with the formal description of emergencies is applied to select preferred candidate train operation plan: First, mathematical description for event attributes based on Vague Set is provided while fuzziness and uncertainty in attribute feature calculation are solved; Next, by the construction of closeness degree under the control of Vague Set's fuzzy factors in multi-dimensional attribute space and the reasonable design of fuzzy complementary matrix, the weight coefficients of emergency event are calculated fast; Last, considering the event similarity and the measure effectiveness, historical case is selected with high level in these 2 aspects as reference. A simulation example based on Baocheng Dispatcher in Chengdu Railway Bureau in Jiuzhaigou earthquake emergency verifies the method's feasibility.
