HypoScan: A New Tool for Insulin Users and Health-Care Providers to Foster Awareness and Discussion About Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia (HG) leads to significant clinical and emotional challenges for insulin users (IUs). HypoScan was developed to help IUs consider the impact of HG on their lives and to foster discussion about HG with their health-care provider (HCP). HypoScan consists of 5 statements (table) to which IUs respond “yes” or “no”.
