•A novel dynamic scenarios method considering power time correlation is designed.•A modified multi-objective algorithm is proposed to solve stochastic optimization.•The dynamic scenarios have smallest Brier Score for each event.•The modified multi-objective algorithm has stronger global search capability.•Voltage unbalance caused by single-phase photovoltaics has a significant decrease.
