An Improved Hill Climbing Search Algorithm for ROSA Coupling

摘要
When the hill climbing method is used in the ROSA coupling, the current position is taken as the center, and the position of the maximum intensity is taken as the direction of advance in the sampling step of the upper, lower, left and right distances. Due to the existence of local extreme interference in this application scenario, the hill-climbing method can not accurately search for the best value, and the search speed is slow. In this paper, some improvements have been made in terms of scanning motion, search step and direction. Scanning is carried out in different ways according to different stages of coupling, the search step is adjusted according to the size and growth of current value, and continuous descent as the basis of downhill. The improved hill-climbing method is applied to ROSA automatic coupling device, which proved that the stability and search speed is greatly improved.
