摘要
e13522Background: BRCA-1 and 2 are two major susceptibility genes for BC. We compared CP features and outcome in (i) BRCA (1/2)-mutation carrier’s patients, (ii) patients with a family history suggesting hereditary breast cancer (HBC) without BRCA mutation (Eisinger score ⩾ 5) and (iii) patients with sporadic disease. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed clinical and pathological data of 64 BRCA- mutation carriers (33 BRCA1 - 31 BRCA2), 59 HBC patients and 112 sporadic BC patients, treated in Saint-Louis hospital between 1987 and 2016. Sporadic BC patients were free from family history of cancer and randomly extracted from our database. We recorded age, CP characteristics of breast tumors (tumor size, nodal status, tumor grade, hormone receptor and c-erbB2 status), treatment type, ipsilateral relapse, contralateral BC and outcome (disease-free and overall survival). Results: BRCA-mutated patients and HBC patients were significantly younger at diagnosis than sporadic BC patients (mean age 38 years (i) (35 ...
