Positive association of lipoprotein(a) with ct coronary calcium score in asymptomatic caucasians but not in other ethnicities
Atherosclerosis(2018)
摘要
Aim: The association between lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) and coronary artery calcium score (CAC) in asymptomatic individuals is unclear although both are risk factors for atherosclerosis. The influence of ethnicity on this relationship is unestablished. The study objective was to evaluate the influence of Lp(a) on CAC in asymptomatic individuals in our multi-ethnic tertiary clinic.
