摘要
Rationale: The Patient-Generated Subjective Global assessment (PG-SGA) is an instrument to screen, assess and monitor malnutrition and risk factors, and to triage for interdisciplinary interventions. We translated and culturally adapted the original English for the Japanese setting, according to ISPOR Principles. We aimed to assess perceived comprehensibility and difficulty, and content validity (relevance) of the Japanese PG-SGA (17-011 v06.28.17) in patients and a multidisciplinary sample of oncology healthcare professionals.
