摘要

Cu(I) complexes of the composition [CuCl(PPh3)2(LR)] were obtained from S-donor thiosemicarbazide derivatives LR (R = Cy or Ph). Their crystal structures were determined and the photophysical properties studied by experimental and theoretical methods. Besides, these complexes display dual biological activity showing potential as both antiparasitic and anticancer agents.
