Abstract
The aim of this study was to illustrate the case series of SGLT2i-associated DKA and the role of point-of-care blood ketone testing in order to rapid diagnosis of DKA. Rapid point-of-care blood ketone testing should be available in routine clinic to early detection of this rare adverse event.
