Abstract
This paper aims to explore what is the role the Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) plays in and what is the immune mechanism of BDNF against bone tumor pain in rats by experimental analysis and relevant measurements. It is discovered that the expression level of BDNF will be subjected to change with the pain situation of spinal posterior horn in the rats. As for the therapies against bone tumor pain in the rat, we should regulate and control the expression of BDNF-relevant genes. In conclusion, the expression of BDNF-relevant signals is found a key factor that may cause bone tumor pain in rats. As a reference, the findings here have the most value for clinical treatment against such pain.
