Background: Dextro-transposition of the great arteries (d-TGA) can be difficult to diagnose on antenatal obstetric ultrasound screening. We examined the antenatal detection rate of d-TGA in Queensland and determined the impact of a standardised fetal heart screening protocol on detection rate over a 10-year period from 2008 to 2018.
