Abstract
麻醉消化内镜诊疗在胃肠癌防治中发挥重要作用.麻醉消化内镜安全性很高, 但诊疗前的麻醉风险评估仍然是保障被检查者安全的关键环节.在国内外缺乏麻醉风险评估流程和具体方法 的背景下, 我国需要建立有中国特色的麻醉护士培训管理体系, 可以进行方便且节约成本的麻醉前门诊或者电话评估.同时应该探讨消化内镜麻醉风险评估系统的建立.相信在消化内镜及麻醉专业领域的共同推进下, 我国会尽快得构建出完善的消化内镜麻醉风险评估系统和评估形式.
