Abstract
Fear of chemotherapy-associated surgical complications hinders its use for muscle-invasive bladder cancer, despite guideline recommendations. Our study reports nationwide use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for bladder cancer and demonstrates that neoadjuvant chemotherapy does not increase the morbidity of radical cystectomy.
