Reentry tracking control of hypersonic glider based on Legendre pseudospectral method

Based on Legendre pseudospectral method for solving the optimal control problem, the tracking control of hypersonic glider is studied. In this paper, the differential form of Legendre pseudo spectral method is used to convert the optimal control problem into a nonlinear programming problem for reentry vehicle tracking. The state quantity and control amount on the LGL node are selected as the parameters to be optimized, and the optimal performance index is selected as to maximize the cross-range. Then the angle of attack in the reentry section is solved. The control rate of a universal hypersonic gliding vehicle (CAV) is calculated. The simulation results show that the proposed method has a certain precision and efficiency. In addition, the simulation process also shows that the Legendre pseudospectral method is not sensitive to the state guessing value, and the algorithm is easy to converge, which is suitable for the solution of the reentry control problem of the aircraft.
