摘要

•At least 3 magmatic pulses were identified in the AIC between 1910 and 1870 Ma.•Mantle-derived magmas partially assimilated Paleoproterozoic and Archean rocks.•Magmatic arc signature not primary but inherited from assimilation of country rocks.•The AIC is coeval with other LIP linked to build-up of Columbia supercontinent.•South-east Greenland prospective for orthomagmatic Ni-Cu sulphide mineralisation.
