长输送油气管道内自行走检测器皮碗力学特性的研究

Abstract
长输送油气管道运输介质为石油或者天然气,管道在服役期内,需定期利用检测器来检测管道使用情况.检测器中,皮碗作为驱动部件和支撑部件,对检测器尤为重要.依据皮碗结构特点,简化皮碗为厚壁筒模型和悬臂梁模型,利用ANSYS对厚壁筒模型进行有限元分析,对悬臂梁模型以及皮碗总摩擦力进行数值仿真,得出结论,为检测器皮碗的设计提供了理论依据.
