摘要
In order to study on the potential mechanism of methane production by anaerobic hydrolytic acidification with different substrate concentration of food waste, sequencing batch experiment was carried out at 37 degrees C with the substrate concentration of 4%, 5% and 6% of the food waste. The effects of different substrate concentrations on the yield of methane, COD, ammonia, VFAs and their components were studied, and the mechanism of methane hydrolysis was analyzed. The results showed that the effect of substrate concentration on the daily production of methane and the cumulative yield of methane was different under the medium temperature condition. With the increase of substrate concentration, the number of methane peaks appeared more, but the peak value showed a decreasing trend. The cumulative yield of methane increased first and then decreased with the increase of substrate concentration. The final methane production potential of 4%, 5% and 6% of the food waste was 251.56, 313.51 and 220.04 mL/gVS respectively. With the increase of substrate concentration, the anaerobic biodegradation rate increased first and then decreased, 4%, 5%, 6% of the food waste anaerobic digestion of methane output concentration of the highest reached 74.95%, 61.39% and 56.42%.
