Vertically aligned MoS 2 /ZnO nanowires nanostructures with highly enhanced NO 2 sensing activities

摘要
The MoS2/ZnO nanostructures with MoS2 thickness of ∼100 nm showed a maximum response of 31.2% to 50 ppm NO2 at the optimist temperature. The synthesized MoS2/ZnONWs nanostructures also exhibited excellent sensitivity, recovery, repeatability, selectivity and with relatively low working temperatures, with a low detection concentration of 200 ppb.
