摘要
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly lethal disease. B-cell CLL/lymphoma 3(Bcl-3), an atypical member of IB family, plays an important function in tumors including hematologic and solid malignancies. In the present study, Bcl-3 deficiency promotes pancreatic carcinogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), metastasis, oxidative metabolism and cancer stem cell-like properties in human and murine PDAC by various experimental methods and genetic tools in vivo and in vitro.
