Abstract
多西他赛是一种紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,对多种癌症有良好临床疗效,但其本身及上市制剂溶媒可引发严重的不良反应,使临床应用受到影响.纳米制剂在缓释药物、延长药效、降低毒性、提高难溶性药物的生物利用度等方面表现出良好的应用前景,成为国内外研究的热点.本文综述了近年来关于多西他赛纳米制剂的研究,对其研发和应用前景进行展望,以期为多西他赛新型纳米制剂的研究和应用提供参考.
