•Electrical parameters are dynamically estimated for polycrystalline silicon photovoltaics.•Differential equations chain in reduced form is used for {n, Rs, Rsh, Is, Iph} modelling.•Measured {VOC, ISC, VMPP, IMPP} alternative parameters of a real cell are involved.•Computational and measurement/instrumental/ standard deviations are compared.•Proposed model allows to estimate parameters for whole designed panel.
