Decreased Left Atrial Strain Parameters are Correlated with Prolonged Total Atrial Conduction Time in Licken Planus

Background: Lichen Planus (LP) carries the increased risk of cardiovascular events as it is a chronic inflammatory disease. Arrythmias are the main risk factors especially in terms of cardiovascular events. This study was aimed at determining the relationship between total atrial conduction time, P-wave dispersion and the left atrium global strain in the patients with LP which are the predictors of atrial arrythmias most commonly affecting the society.
