摘要
decreased IL-22 with increased IFN-g production in vitro, and decreased ability to upregulate the pro-fibrotic features of LX-2.Furthermore, IFN-g blockade in ILC3 -/- PBMCs group resulted in increased level of fibrosis-related genes expression of LX-2.Also, the frequency and cytokine production (IL-22, TNF-a, and IFN-g) of both peripheral and intrahepatic ILC3s were found to be significantly up-regulated in CCl 4 -induced wide-type mouse liver fibrosis model. Moreover, the depletion of total ILCs in RAG-1 -/- mouse could significantly alleviate CCl 4 -induced liver fibrosis.SUMMARY Enhanced ILC3s response with specific cytokine profile (probably IL-22 + ILC3s subset) promotes liver fibrosis progression through inhibiting the IFN-g production in the immune microenvironment.
