remission post UST therapy, 13 (30%) and 7 (16%) continued to have elevated CRP or FCal, respectively.Conclusions: In this real-world experience with UST at a tertiary center we demonstrate that UST successfully induces deep remission in 33% of IBD patients who had failed anti-TNF.However, many patients who achieved clinical remission continue to have elevated objective inflammatory markers, suggesting the need for further medical optimization.
