摘要
We develop a thermally tunable hybrid photonics architecture integrating GaAs photonic crystal cavities. SiNx grating couplers and waveguides, and chromium microheaters. We demonstrate external signal coupling to frequency-synchronized microcavities connected by a bus waveguide.
