摘要
Deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the ventral anterior limb of the internal capsule (vALIC) is a promising treatment for patients with refractory depression. The amygdala is a key brain structure in the pathophysiology of depression. Here, we tested whether DBS affects functional connectivity of the amygdala using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI).
