S15. Efficacy of Anodal Pre-Supplementary Motor Area Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation for Treatment Resistant Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: A Randomized, Double Blinded, Sham Controlled Study
BIOLOGICAL PSYCHIATRY(2018)
摘要
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) are the first-line treatments for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). However, a sizeable proportion of patients does not respond or only partially respond to the conventional treatment options. In this study, we examined the efficacy of add-on anodal pre-supplementary motor area(pre-SMA) transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) using a randomized double blinded, sham controlled design.
