Development Of Remote Interaction System In Drilling Field

The remote interaction system in drilling field was developed for various units to overcome the disadvantage of the technical support of tunnel drilling rig, such as the low efficiency, the high cost, and the backward of support and management way. It realizes the interaction of audio-video and the effective management of drilling maintenance resources. Firstly, we analyze the function and technical difficulties of the system. Then we design the hardware interaction platform for different drilling fields, and develop the interaction software through the access mod of "centralized server + C/S + B/S" architecture. Finally, the system was created with the PC client, the mobile client and the WEB server. Verification test shows that the hardware platform has a reasonable structure with high reliability and the software platform is powerful with stable running.
