摘要
•Mono- and co-doped MXene/PEDOT composites are prepared by in situ chemical method.•The potential window of the doped MXene/PEDOT composites can be enlarged to 1.8 V.•The co-doping effect favored the formation of lamellar PEDOT on MXene’s surface.•NA0.6-MPT displayed a high specific capacitance and ideal capacitive behavior.
