摘要

•Leucodine blocked formation of lipid droplets and increase of triglycerides during adipogenesis.•Leucodine inhibited expressions of PPARγ, C/EBPα, C/EBPβ, Glut-4 and adiponectin.•Leucodine stopped cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase during early stage of adipogenesis.•Phosphorylation of Rb, Erk1/2, Akt were diminished by leucodine in concentration depended manner.
