Design Of Compact Wearable Antenna For Bandwidth Enhancement

摘要
This paper aims to design and develop an Octagonal Patch wearable antenna with enhanced bandwidth. Such devices can be used as a radiating tool for sensors or devices mounted on human body for wireless communication to a remote server in many different applications. The device can be useful on providing healthcare or sports science or security related information of any subject carrying such devices to off-body agents in case of emergency. The proposed patch is modified for better bandwidth and efficiency in the current scenario. The proposed design shows better result than the state-of-art design methods in this field.
