Abstract
•Si–F@TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared from anatase TiO2, TEOS and HDFTES by a facile method.•The particles can be coated on various substrates by spray or dip method with the aid of a primer.•The coating exhibited fairly good superamphiphobicity.
