摘要
The design and simulation results of the passive integrated optical components such as Mach-Zehnder modulator (MZM), optical resonator and photodiode are presented. The design of optical componenets was performed using finite elements method in FreeFEM++. The analysis of the phase shifter transmission line of the MZM was provided using Momentum from Keysight. As a result of investigation the test module with passive optical components based on 0.25 um SiGe BiCMOS technology was designed.
