摘要
Ti3+ self-doped mesoporous black TiO2/SiO2/g-C3N4 sheets heterojunctions with narrow bandgap is synthesized by a sol-gel and surface hydrogenation strategy and exhibit excellent visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance, which is ascribed to the mesoporous structure, Ti3+ self-doping and the formation of heterojunctions favoring mass transfer, visible light absorption and photogenerated charge carrier separation.
