Angle-Dependent Alteration Of Muscle Echo-Densities To Effectively Diagnose Myopathic Conditions

Background: Muscle ultrasound is useful in non-invasively assessing degrees of muscle involvement in myopathic conditions. However, its characteristic finding, high echo-density of muscles, might not be present in mild myopathy. There is variability of muscle echo-densities according to the angle of the echo probe.
