摘要

•Monodisperse Ni and Mo nanocluster films were deposited onto SiO2 surfaces.•The Anderson singularity index changes with decreasing of nanocluster’s size.•Correlation between Anderson singularity index and Seebeck coefficient is discussed.•Seebeck coefficient of Ni nanocluster films can reach 100 muV/K.
