The Effect Of Embolization Of Pulmonary Arteriovenous Malformations On Migraine Among Patients With Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia
JOURNAL OF THE NEUROLOGICAL SCIENCES(2017)
摘要
Background: Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by epistaxis, telangiectasia, and arteriovenous malformations. About 30% of HHT patients have pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs), and high prevalence of migraine with aura among them. Embolization of PAVMs is reported to ameliorate migraine among HHT patients.
