Abstract
The use of reproductive technologies for amphibians and reptiles in laboratory conditions and prospects of their development are discussed. Fundamental reproduction technologies and experimental methods to produce off-spring in amphibians (in vitro fertilization and the use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone) are reported. There is a review of the basic reproductive technologies in reptiles including mainly modeling the regimes occurring in natural environment and leading ultimately to the synchronization of behavioral activity and the physiological state of animals of different genders, maturation of gametes and start of the reproductive cycle.
