摘要

•New hybrid materials: ZnxCd1-xSe(1,3-DAP)1/2 and ZnSxSe1-x(1,3-DAP)1/2 were obtained.•Hybrids were studied using XRD, TG/DSC, XRD vs. temperature, SEM, UV–vis spectroscopy.•The impact of the composition of the layers on optical properties were studied.
