Effect Of Stiffness Change Of Transplanted Induced Neural Stem Cells After Spinal Cord Injury Using Silk Hydrogel

Background: Transplantation of neural stem cells (NSC) into injured spinal cord have been tried to promote neuronal regeneration in vivo and clinical trials, however, low survival rates and difficult-to-control differentiation remain stumbling block in stem cell transplantation. Stiffness is an important factor to modulate micro environments of stem cell survival and differentiation, and adjustable with injectable hydrogel combination.
