P3.01-065 Advanced NSCLC with EGFR Mutations in Elderly Patients. Single-Center Experience

Along the past 10 years determination of EGFR mutational status has becoming part of the standard clinical practice for NSCLC patients. It is also acknowledged that median age of NSCLC patients is progressively increasing and nowadays a significant percentage are elderly when diagnosed. The aim of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of NSCLC-EGFR-mutated patients that were 75 years or older at diagnosis and assess their survival.
