Abstract
为获得对镉吸收能力下降的烟草材料,通过TILLING技术筛选出镉转运基因NtHMA2的突变体并测定了该突变体中镉及其他重金属的含量.结果表明,在镉胁迫下,与对照相比突变体烟叶中的镉含量降低36.84%;锌、铬、镍、砷、铁含量分别降低27.92%、32.48%、30.18%、11.33%、30.51%.突变体株高比对照显著降低,其他农艺性状无显著差异.获得的对镉吸收能力下降的突变体材料hma2-23可用于烟草抗镉胁迫品种的培育.
