Enhanced UV Photodetector Response of ZnO/Si With AlN Buffer Layer

Studies have been carried out on the enhancement of responsivity and detectivity of the ZnO thin-filmsbased ultraviolet photodetectors by introducing an AlN buffer layer on silicon substrate.
