摘要
A number of studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multi-potential cells that can proliferate and differentiate into other cell types. MSCs transplantation has wide prospect in clinical application. Here we summarized the biological characteristics of MSCs from duck embryo liver. MSCs were isolated from duck embryo liver (LMSCs) with collagenase type IV digestion method. A series of assays about biological characterization of MSCs including the identification and differentiation potential were conducted. Primary LMSCs were sub-cultured to passage. MSCsrelated gene CD44, CD105, CD166, IL-7 were detected out. The induced cells, osteoblast, lipoblast, hepatocyte and neural cells performed typical staining and expressed specific genes. This research has indicated that the MSCs from duck liver could be a novel alternative source for experimental and clinical applications.
