Strong NbC particle pinning for promoting abnormal growth of Goss grain in Fe82Ga4.5Al13.5 rolled sheets

•Fine (∼45nm) and dispersive NbC precipitates were obtained.•Sharp Goss orientation was developed under Ar atmosphere.•Strongest Goss texture was obtained in sheet with heating rate of 2°C/min.•Heating rate strongly affects temperature that AGG starts.
