摘要

•Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIF-8 and ZIF-67) were synthetized.•ZIFs structures were compared by N2 adsorption, XRD, FTIR and TGA.•Catalytic activity was evaluated in Knoevenagel condensation of benzaldehyde with ethyl cyanoacetate.•ZIFs were as active as aniline and hydrotalcite, traditional homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts, respectively.
