The results of structure and magnetoresistance (MR) of nanostructured La1-xCaxMnyO3 (LCMO) films, grown at different gas pressure (from 3 to 7 Torr) by pulse injection metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique, are presented.
