In article number 1606764, the modification of twodimensional silicon nanosheets catalyzed by different Lewis acids is described by Jonathan G. C. Veinot, Bernhard Rieger, and co-workers. A derived functional hybrid film of silicon nanosheet/poly(3-hexylthiophene) is applied to fabricate field effect transistors with enhanced sensitivity and increased transconductances. The authors thank Johannes Richers for designing the artwork and TUM GS for financial support.
