Macrometastases in the pelvic lymph nodes as predictors of multiple pelvic and para-aortic node involvement in endometrial cancer

Objective: With the increasing interest in sentinel lymph node mapping in endometrial cancer (EC), it is becoming critical to define patterns of lymph node dissemination. In this study we have investigated predictors of multiple pelvic and paraaortic lymph node involvement via the characterization of pelvic lymph node metastases.
