Abstract
•Pt/TiO2/WO3 catalyst was prepared by a photodeposition-galvanic replacement method.•Pt/TiO2/WO3 has 2.6 times higher mass catalytic activity for MOR in the dark than Pt/WO3.•Pt/TiO2/WO3 shows better stability and 50% higher catalytic activity for MOR under Vis light.
